Street, paper, and the same queue as the inbox

One route for a letter, one for a clear email, and one for the form that checks fields before the thank-you page. Everything lands in a human queue, not a ticket factory.

This page is where a note becomes something we can file. The studio works in the Europe/Helsinki work-week pattern, with slower coverage around public holidays. We read the queue in order for ordinary messages; if you have a time-sensitive subject, a clear subject line in the first line of the message field helps, though we do not run an emergency service through this public form.

Below, you can choose a postal path, a direct email path, or the form. The form asks for consent because the privacy policy describes the legal basis. If you are not ready to check that box, use the public email without the form, and your note will be handled under the same policy family in a way that still fits the law.

Message form

Fields are validated in your browser before we send you to a thank-you view. The thank-you page is a hand-off, not a ticket number system.

By using the form you do not create an account on our servers. Optional cookies, if you allow them, are described in the cookies policy. The terms of use still apply to your visit.

What usually happens after you press send

The browser will move you to a thank-you page if validation passes. That page explains the next part in plain terms. We do not send an automatic long PDF in reply; we read, then we answer, unless your message is out of scope for a small studio, in which case we will say so in a few lines. No sequence of emails will pressure you to buy a service. If a paid project ever makes sense, it would be named clearly in a later thread, not through hidden defaults in this form.

If you do not get a copy of your own message in your inbox, that is expected: the site does not double-send a receipt by default, to keep mailboxes lighter. You can BCC yourself by adding your address in the message text if you need a copy for your records, though that is a choice on your side.
